These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Arch Group of Hotels by making a
reservation, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Booking Confirmation
- 1.1 All bookings must be made via our official websites, authorized travel agents, or directly
at our hotels.
- 1.2 A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and a confirmation email or
voucher is issued.
- 1.3 All rates, availability, and promotions, including festival discounts or special packages,
are subject to change without prior notice until payment and confirmation are completed.
2. Payment Policy
- 2.1 All bookings require full pre-payment at the time of reservation.
- 2.2 Payments can be made via credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or other authorized payment
methods.
- 2.3 Non-Refundable / Non-Amendable Policy:
- • Once the booking is confirmed and payment is received, the reservation cannot be
cancelled, refunded, or modified.
- • No changes are permitted to guest names, dates of stay, room type, or other booking
details under this policy.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- 3.1 Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM
- 3.2 Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM
- 3.3 Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated subject to availability and
may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- 4.1 Guests must provide accurate personal information, including valid identification at the
time of check-in, as per government regulations.
- 4.2 Guests are responsible for the conduct of all occupants of the booked room. Damage to hotel
property or violation of hotel rules may incur additional charges.
- 4.3 Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of our hotels unless designated smoking areas are
provided.
- 4.4 Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance by the hotel management.
5. Hotel Rights
- 5.1 Arch Group of Hotels reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to any guest
violating hotel policies or local laws.
- 5.2 The hotel reserves the right to alter room allocations, rates, or services in case of
overbooking or operational requirements.
- 5.3 Arch Group of Hotels is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to force
majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government regulations.
6. Promotions, Offers & Packages
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- 6.1 All promotional rates, discounts, and packages are subject to availability and may include
terms and restrictions specified at the time of booking.
- 6.2 Festival offers, early-bird deals, and seasonal discounts cannot be combined with other
promotions unless explicitly stated.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
- 7.1 Arch Group of Hotels is not responsible for personal belongings, valuables, or property left
in rooms or public areas.
- 7.2 The hotel is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from
your stay or use of hotel facilities.
- 7.3 Guests are advised to have appropriate travel and health insurance for their stay.
8. Governing Law
- 8.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- 8.2 Any disputes arising from bookings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts
in New Delhi.
